Adjusting to life in a residential setting can present as challenging, but also offers the opportunity for growth, learning, and the development of essential life skills through connection with their peers and our dedicated support staff. Daily programming offers an opportunity for experiential therapy sessions and outdoor therapeutic experiences, in combination with onsite therapy sessions. Our total health and wellness approach provides opportunities to build resilience, effectively work through challenges, and practice skills that are the foundation of a thriving future.
On any given day our adolescents will begin the day with Yoga/meditation to assist with learning how to quiet the mind, connect with their bodies and acquire a sense of control and inner peace. Our high adventure activity cultivates bonding, team building, respect and encourages the development of trust within and reinforces the importance of support as one navigates through life.
Our program is tailored to the unique needs of every individual, integrating evidenced-based, holistic, experiential and supportive academic components. Our support and guidance is provided through staff to resident ratio of 1:3. Our teens and young adults are coached and supported daily to incorporate mindfulness practices and life skills that lay the foundation to a life of purpose and total well-being.
