Department of Family & Children Services Delivered Program

Breakthrough Recovery Outreach DSP Program is in partnership with the Department of Family and Children Services to continue its provision of healing and restoration services with families, children, and adolescents with evidence-based interventions; counseling, parent education, skills building in strengthening the parent and child bond, advocacy, budgeting, community resources identification, communication skills, environmental safety, case management, behavioral management, clinical assessments, and evaluations.
