Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program

Breakthrough Recovery Outreach treats individuals with substance use disorders in scheduled sessions using a coordinated approach through the use of a multi-disciplinary team which consists of medical, therapeutic, and recovery supports. Services are delivered based on the consumer's individual availability to enable them to maintain residence in their community, continue work or go to school. The duration of treatment services provided varies based on the severity of the consumer's individual disorder and their response to treatment based on the individualized treatment plan.
